Embrace’s album, “Love Is A Basic Need”

Sodium filmed their 6 favourite songs from the album with a live orchestra and choir, held interviews with all the band members to create a 40 minute film featuring the thoughts behind the songs and the album.

With their album “Love Is A Basic Need” the band and their label wanted a way to reconnect with their loyal fan base, who always loved the band’s live performance and accessibility. 

The music is a departure from their recent experiments, returning to a classic Embrace sound which their fans love.

Filmed over several days at The Square Chapel in Halifax.
